Subframe: Developed a variety of subframe mold projects including Hongqi hollow subframe,  ALPHA subframe, Byton subframe and etc.
Castings qualification rate above 95% of developed knuckle and bracket moulds. With the knowledge and experience accumulated in wheel hub mould in the last 30 years, the partial thicker casting defects have been solved effectively by spot, line, surface cooling and thermal insulation inserts applied to steering knuckle mould.

Mold Manufacturing
